This course discusses the general fundamentals and methods used by Agile work methods to enable students to use them in any role (e.g. Product Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Team Member) on any Agile team Used as tools for making. Offers a flexible set. The course mainly discusses Agile and Lean principles, Kanban and Scrum agile methodologies and uses Atlassian Jira Software Cloud as the main software tool to implement practical learning in various disciplines. The course includes tips on “classic” Jira projects as well as new “next-generation” Jira projects.
Students can use the free plan of Atlassian Jira Software Cloud to complete the practical lab related to this course. By the time you complete this course, you will have a solid basic knowledge of agile principles and methods, and a strong practical experience of Atlassian Jira Software Cloud. You will be the site administrator for your Jira account, so you will be able to perform basic administrative tasks on your site. You should be able to continuously configure your Jira project to suit your team’s custom agility. You can watch videos and take quizzes from your phone if you want, but you must have a Windows, Mac, or Linux computer for Experimental Laboratories using the Atlassian Jira Software Cloud. This course tries to be as concise as possible. It will take you around 6-12 hours to complete, but your mileage may vary. It is highly recommended that after completing the course you apply what you learn to manage personal agile projects.
