During the two-day course, attendees learn how to lead a lean enterprise by leveraging the Scales Agile Framework (SAFe®) and the basics of Lean, Systems Thinking, Agile Development, Product Development Flow, and DevOps. Knowledge is required. , class participants acquire the professional agility to thrive in a competitive marketplace.
They discuss how to set up the team and technical agility and how to organize and reorganize around the flow of value. They also learn and practice skills for supporting and executing PI planning programs and coordinating multiple quick release trains (ARTs). Class participants explore the importance of adopting a customer-centred mindset and design thinking approach to agile product delivery. Learners develop an understanding of how to apply lean portfolio management functions in their enterprise. Classroom attendance prepares individuals to take the test and become Certified SAFe® Agilist (SA).

Corporate Training
All participants completing the SAFe Agilist 5.1 Certification Training course will receive a password to attempt the Certification Training assessment for the same. The participants need to attempt the SAFe Agilist assessment within 30 days of receiving their free password and score at least 75% to pass the exam in order to get certified.
Retake policy – Immediately after the first attempt, the second attempt on the exam (first retake) can be taken. While there is a 10- day wait period for the third attempt; the fourth attempt necessitates a 30-day wait time
